My focus in bringing balance back to your life is founded on the Mind-Body connection: our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, values, and attitudes can positively or negatively affect our physical health.  As such, the therapeutic techniques I practice alter your unconscious thoughts so that they work more positively in your favour, so that you can enjoy life to the fullest.  There are, of course, a number of therapies available that focus on altering your physiology in order to positively affect your emotional health.  Below you will find a list of people - all of whom I recommend personally - offering such therapies.  Please visit their web site for further information about how they can help you along your journey.
